Here are the 4 steps that you must have to take to ensure yourself to Complete Online Application Submission for Orissa JEE 2013. Step 1
Fill up the Form Online and Submit to get Registration Number Click here . Get the Registration Number after Form Submit.
Tips :
- Please do keep a email id for yourself , as its better always to communicate through emails. If you do not have email Id create a New email Id before Form Submission.
- Keep your Date of Birth As Perfect to your Matric/10th Certificate )
Step 2
You can Pay the amount of Rs 550/- through two ways
- BANK CHALLAN
- Download the challan using Unique Registration number obtained during online application form submission.
- Challan Fee Diposit at any Branches of Syndicate Bank or State Bank of India.
- Through Credit Card/Debit Card Online Payment
- Note down the "Payment reference number" generated in the screen before proceeding for payment and also note down the "Transaction Id" generated after successful payment. These two Ids are necessary for future correspondence.
STEP 3
Once Step 1 and 2 done Click here to Print the Computer Generated Confirmation Page after filling up the Details of Fees Payment (Transaction ID) and the Registration Number (from Step 1). On confirmation of success full authentication, take printout of the confirmation page.
STEP 4
Affix Passport Photograph (Strictly Recent Photos taken after January 2013), left hand thumb impression of the candidate and signatures of both the candidate and parent / guardian in the space provided and send the completed application form to Chairman OJEE by Registered Post or Speed Post, superscribing the envelop “ODISHA JEE-2013 Application Form” to:

STRICT RULES TO REMEMBER :
- Do not Staple the Document
- Do not Fold the Application Form or Staple
- Do not Write your Name or anything on the Photo (Should be Clean)
- Photo Should be with White Background Only and taken not before 1st January 2013
